Return & Exchange Policy
Didn't quite find your perfect scent match? No worries! We understand finding the right fragrance can be an adventure. If you're not head-over-heels for your new perfume, just drop us a line at our perfume studio. We'll happily help you return & exchange it for something that makes your heart sing (and nose swoon)!
- Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of purchase to return & exchange your perfume.
- Minimum Perfume Required: To be eligible for an exchange, only 2 to 3 sprays should be consumed.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your return & exchange request to be processed.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We accept returns for exchange for any perfume that doesn't meet your expectations.
We want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged, stained, defected, or incomplete product, you can easily claim a refund & exchange, as long as the product remains unused and in its original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.
How to apply?
- To return an item, please email us at info@enchante.pk with your order details and reasons for return.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items to us.
